10.4 You know, understand and agree that in the process of accepting LuckyGold's services, LuckyGold clearly stated that it will not provide any type of guarantee for any of your personal actions, whether explicit or implicit. 11. Interruption, change and termination of service

12. The content of membership subscription service

1. Single subscription service

After subscribing to the one-time subscription service, your Professional Edition permissions will be activated and extended on the basis of the previous period.

2. Continuous annual and monthly service

(1) The continuous monthly subscription service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the membership subscription service. If you subscribe to the continuous annual subscription service, you are deemed to authorize this app to pay from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, and iTunes account ("account") when the membership subscription service you have opened is about to expire. Wait for withholding the annual service fee for the next billing cycle. The deduction time is within 24 hours before the expiration of the billing period.

13. Paid service

After the membership subscription function is turned on, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access the electronic content within the corresponding service period, the paid fees are not refundable.

14. Other

12.1 LuckyGold reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms of this LuckyGold user agreement.
